Awareness Sessions Across Seven Schools in District Lakki Marwat
As part of the ongoing series of training sessions under the KP-RAP Project Component 2, Khwendo Kor (KK) GBVSSF conducted awareness sessions across seven schools in District Lakki Marwat including GGMS Zer Janu, GGHS Tajazai, GGHS Bashir Khan Qila, GGHS Zarbab Garhi, GGMS Bakhmal Ahmad Zai Bela, GGHS Tajori, and GGHSS Mashmansoor. These sessions were specifically designed for school drivers and chaperons, aiming to enhance their understanding, responsibility, and accountability in ensuring the safe and respectful transportation of girls. The trainings highlighted strict adherence to the Code of Conduct, compliance with girls’ safety protocols, and the critical role of preventing Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in all its forms. Participants were sensitized about the penalties and disciplinary actions for violations, reinforcing a policy of zero tolerance toward misconduct or negligence.
By engaging both drivers and chaperons, the KP-RAP Project continues to strengthen a comprehensive protective framework, ensuring that every girl can travel to and from school safely, with dignity and confidence.
