Project Justification

About 41% of the rural road network in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is in poor condition, with limited maintenance budgets leading to progressive asset deterioration. External financing support is therefore essential to restore connectivity, reduce maintenance backlog, and ensure long-term sustainability.
