Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with technical and financial support of the World Bank and Communication and Works Department has initiated Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Accesibility Project. The Grievance Redress Mechanism provides a transparent platform for all stakeholders to submit and track grievances.
