Orientation Session on GRM Portal Successfully Conducted
An orientation session on the recently launched Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) Portal was held on 2nd April , aimed at enhancing understanding and effective utilization of the system. The session focused on familiarizing participants with the portal’s features, processes, and its role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and improved service delivery.
The session was attended by members of the PIU core team, Resident Engineers, CEC representatives, and partner organizations including Khwendo Kor and I-SAPS. Participants were guided through the operational workflow of the portal, complaint registration procedures, and coordination mechanisms across different channels.
The initiative marks a significant step toward institutionalizing a structured and accessible grievance handling system, reinforcing the project’s commitment to responsive governance and stakeholder engagement.
